VanCAF Vancouver Comic Festival next weekend
Vancouver friends!
My brother Shaggy and I'll be in your city next weekend (Saturday 26th-27th) exhibiting at the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival http://www.vancaf.com/ . It's free to attend and if you'd like to come say hello we'll be hanging out with our booth buddy Tony Cliff (creator of the Eisner Award nominated webcomic "Delilah Dirk" http://www.delilahdirk.com/ ) at table 38. Hope to see you there :) :star:Convention hall MAP: http://fav.me/d50dh0j :star:

TCAF is coming!
And it's going to be fan-freakin'-tastic! The Toronto Comic Arts Festival takes place this Saturday and Sunday and I'll be exhibiting there with my siblings Shaggy and Hes. While maps are still being drawn up for table placement, panels and programming ( http://torontocomics.com/news/tcaf-2012-announces-panels-and-programming/ )have been announced and I'll be taking part in two live-drawing panels:
SATURDAY at "The Pilot Tavern" (22 Cumberland St)
12:45 1:30 Ed Mirvish Rollerball Derby Draw-Off
For generations the question has gone unanswered: who is better at drawing Toronto discounting legend Ed Mirvish Australians
Re: Girlamatic.com? where are the Shrub Monk
Hey folks! If you read my last post "R.I.P Girlamatic?" please disregard it as I've just gotten word from the folks in charge that they're looking into fixing it and making it a bigger better site.
That being said, it's probably time I move on and get my own website built (in progress!), so whenever Girlamatic.com is up again I'll leave the "Shrub Monkey" comic archives there but will post any new updates here on deviantart and on my own website (in progress!)
Hope all is great with you guys, I'm super busy as usual with animation storyboard work, but if you're curious about what I get up to here are a few places I'm more active on the net.
Couple Quick updates about Shrub Monkeys archives!
Hey guys!
Hope you're all doing great! This is just a quick update about the Shrub Monkeys comic archives. It seems Girlamatic.com has been down for a little while, so instead of Shrub Monkey comics linking back to Girlamatic.com I decided to finally make every comic here the FULL comic. So no more "clicking links to read comics" and popping around the internet, they're all here on deviant art. I also want to add comics #1-20 to the archives, but would anyone happen to know if there's any way to date an update so it DOESN'T end up as your newest update? I'd rather the oldies not be the "newest" in terms of organization. If not I'll just make
