Based off a girl I sketched riding the TTC a couple months back- lost in her own smiley thoughts.
(updated! Thanks for the critiques everyone! This is more a quick study so things like perspective and leg placement I'll keep in mind for "next time" rather than fix now, but that weird vertical hair shine you guys called started to bug me too so I fixed it. Thanks all!) CommentsWouldn't you just love to approach some random people on the stree? I see interesting people just walking along, and I wonder what kind of person they are and what kind of lives they've lead.
-- "Everyone is a depressed, aspie, insomniac, with ADD." -*Persnicketese I always seem to be smiling when I go about traveling on the bus or (whenever I am in a big city) the subway. (But I never make eye contact...Imma weird that way).
I always smile when I am taking a phone call at work. Apparently, people can hear that and its like "insta-calm" for some really upset people (I work in a busy pharmacy) I could be having the worse day of my life, and I am still smiling. Sometimes I wonder if people are wondering what I am thinking like I am doing with this cute pic you did. What is she thinking? Is that my sister you sketched taking the subway in T.O.? Does she like waffles and canaries (hopefully not all at once)? I loved this. But then again, all your stuff is ah-maze-ding! Sly ^_^ I really don't have a critique, but more of a question. What is that she is sitting on? Since I don't see any arm rests, handle bars, basically anything that'll stop her from smashing her face into the seat in front of her should the bus suddenly stop- makes me to believe she is sitting on top of the raised portion of the bus where the wheels/engine are.
