My mom was actually telling me about that series when she read it as a kid about a year ago. From what she told me, it was kind of psychologically damaging for Amy(?) to have to switch between her world and the gem world.... However, I HIGHLY doubt they're going to bring that aspect into these adorable little shorts. :shrug:
